FL Skater –
I’m 5’2, 120 pounds, and the size 4 fit perfectly. I bought the blue with the white pattern, it’s pretty and perfect for packing for a trip. Lightweight, will dry quickly when washed or if you use it as a pool coverup. I plan to use it while sightseeing or out to dinner during the summer. Note: the pleats start at the bust, not under the bust. The length hit mid-knee for me, but I’m short.
